Welcome to the Laurelville Volunteer Fire Departments Web page. The Department was started in the Village in 1913 with a horse drawn apparatus and today we operate three stations with eight apparatus. The fire protection area contains 154 square miles of rural area with approximately 5000 residents in three townships in Hocking County and one township in Vinton County, Ohio. The annual fundraiser is our "Fireman's Old Time Festival" which this year we auctioned two cakes raising a total of $24,000.
We are 100% Volunteer department located in southeastern Ohio.
